Return Time Frame & Conditions of Return Items

 If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 2 days (48 Hours) from the date of delivery of the products.

CONDITIONS of Return Items:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original tags, labels must be intact and unremoved.

  • The item must not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.

    At JUVERIA by Family Fashion Store , we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you may request an exchange under the following terms:

    • Exchange request must be raised within 2 days (48 Hours) of product delivery.

    • Product must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or without tags will not be eligible for exchange.

    • Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.

    • Exchange is allowed only for size, color, or another product of equal value, based on stock availability.

    • No monetary refund or return is applicable under any condition.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, JUVERIA Fashion will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed and credit as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to time and it may take 07–14 additional business days to reflect the same in your account.
